GoogleKimberley helped sorting out a couple of things recently for our property. I was amused and satisfied on the speed in resolving the issues. Kimberley was also communicative and update us on the progress, which showed that she had the follow up work done properly. This was seldom demonstrated in the previous property managers. Hope this good work will be maintained.

GoogleI had a great experience with my state agent Kimberley Garcia Jones, today we had a Powercut and couldn't get the electricity back by ourself. When I called Kimberley she had been really understanding, and reacted as fast she could, knowing that I have a newborn at home, she sent me the electrician, who fixed this issue! Thank you Kimberley, you have been super helpful like usually!

Google2023 This is going to be my 5th year renting with Romans agency. And I can only say this is the best agency I ever had. The reason being is because the members of staff that work really hard to make sure that you are happy and safe. I want to thank particulary Kimberly Garcia Jones. She is amazing, always goes above and beyond, very attentive, kind and always makes me feel comfortable and shows genuine care for her clients. Thank you so much. 2024 I am still renting with Romans and biggest reason is the team, they are amazing and most of all caring. I want to thank particulary to Kimberley Garcia and Ricc Bersella, for their time and hard work.

GoogleCurrently renting a flat managed by them and, so far, I cannot be more satisfied with the service provided. Suresh Rana and Kian Lewington have been outstanding in their roles. Not only are they great professionals, but they are also very kind individuals. They provided timely and efficient assistance with a maintenance issue I had with my door, as well as resolving a problem with my building's intercom system. Communication with the company is clear and efficient, ensuring that we can focus on enjoying our new place. Very recommended!
