However I was so impressed with your presentation and sales skills I feel compelled to write you this recommendation both to you personally and on Google. We viewed a property with your company and then needed, at late notice, a second viewing. This is when we met you! Punctual and prepared and enthusiastic. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who enjoys their job. You knew so much about the property it really helped us to make a decision. You also asked good questions which helped us to think clearly about our needs. You are a very experienced estate agent and value, time served and knowledgeable. You knew the area, the building and were able to tell us so much information. Although we went on to buy another property I wanted others to know to put their trust in you to sell or find homes. GoogleVery helpful, empathetic and professional agents. I have just sold my house through them, however the solicitor I was assigned for the conveyancing was appalling, the complete opposite. A&W helped tremendously, by pushing the solicitors on both sides, resulting in a positive outcome, just within the timescale I needed. Ps, if you're offered Conveyancing Direct, I would recommend that you politely decline.

GoogleDuring a very stressful process, the best part of it was definitely Kyle, who helped us during the our purchase - always on the ball, driving the process forward. The rest of the team at A&W were very helpful too and stepped in when needed when Kyle was on leave. We would definitely recommend them!

Kyle was fantastic in helping to move the sale and purchase of my new house through as quickly as possible. All seems a lifetime ago now (3 months) but I remember how stressful it was at the time. Kyle made it much easier than it could have been. I used Kyle 10 years previously to buy and sell properties and nothing had changed. He is very helpful, reliable and professional.

GoogleI moved to Canford Heath 6 months ago, Kyle and David could not have done more to help me with the purchase. There were delays with my sale and my own agents were useless to say the least, but because of the help and professionalism off Kyle and David it all came to a happy conclusion for me and of course their client. Would I recommend them,- you bet I would.

GoogleI contacted Austin & Wyatt during lockdown and had a response that we could go as soon as restricts lifted. Kyle called and let us know we could go and see the house on the day of restrictions being lifted around housing and left us to look around abiding by social distancing. Any questions he didn’t hesitate to answer or find out. He has been so helpful the whole time as we had some issues with my partners ID being he’s in the army but Kyle kindly guided us through. I would highly recommended Austin & Wyatt and make sure you ask for Kyle!

Had a lot of dealings with numerous estate agents recently as sold two properties and bought one, if only I could have dealt with Kyle and his team for all our transactions!! Very professional, friendly and helpful, and they do what they say they are going to do without all the usual bulls**t that gets estate agents a bad name. Well done.

GoogleI would give Kyle, David and Marcus 6 stars if I could. I had a very extended sale due to loosing several buyers along the way. Each time this happened they efficiently got on the phone and more viewings were arranged. If you want a proactive agent then use Austin&Wyatt on Canford Heath. As other reviews have said all my questions were answered and NOTHING was to much trouble. Thank you for making a very stressful sale a little bit easier

David met us at the property and picked up on our love for our future house straightaway. However, the absolute star of the team was definitely Kyle who kept the chain going and offering support every step of the way.
