GoogleThe room was okay overall, but it could have been cleaner when I moved in. The window sills were dusty, and when I moved the bed, I found dirt and some spider webs. It seems like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. Once I did some cleaning myself, it was fine, but I expected better preparation. The place has potential, just needs more attention to cleanliness.

GoogleMartin & co Plymouth, have been managing our rental properties for several years now, since taking over from SAM'S lettings. From marketing to tenant find and referencing, through to managing the property, they have been professional and very efficient. All the team that we have had dealings with have been, very helpful and knowledgeable. Amy and Tracey, who look after the day to day management, and keep us compliant with the many regulations, are both a delight to deal with, they are very friendly, and supportive. We would have no problem in recommending Martin and co. no matter,who we contact, we have always been treated with the utmost respect.

Janine Brace acted as my agent when selling a flat in Plymouth. From the outset she was very enthusiastic about the property and quickly showed round a number of potential buyers. Once a buyer was found I was kept well informed at all stages of the buying process. There were some glitches outside our control which Janine dealt with in a very professional manner which helped to speed up the process. I was very confident that Janine had a firm grip on all aspects of the sale keeping everyone updated at frequent intervals. Altogether I was highly delighted with her performance as my agent and would highly recommend her in this role to anyone selling a property.

She takes note of what we say and always responds quickly. She has guided us through rental agreements and taken appropriate action as needed when tenants need to managed. I HAVE ONLY BEEN WITH MARTIN & CO FOR A YEAR. MY PREVIOUS LETTING COMPANY LEFT MY PROPERTY WITH A LOT OF MAINTENANCE NEEDED. AMY BURLEY HAS MANAGED ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND THERE WERE MANY, EFFICIANTLY . ALWAYS PROMPTLY KEEPING ME INFORMED AND ASKING ME FOR MY INPUT.
