We've had no end of dramas when looking for a new place to rent, having the flat we lived in for the last 5 years go up from sale leaving us no choice but to move. Louise who has been looking after us has been an absolutely life saver. Honest, personable, very approachable, great sense of humour. Louise's helpful can-do attitude aswell as her swift and concise communication has been a pleasure to work with and truly won us over. She's taken very good care of us so far setting a really nice tone for the foreseeable future. It's clear that she knows her stuff and is proud to represent that. Awful experience. After 25 months of terrible service on a ‘luxury’ apartment, which cost £35k over the period, they refuse to release the undisputed amount of the deposit. Clearly bullying tactics trying to have me agree the unreasonable deductions. Extremely unprofessional and oblivious of the DPS terms and conditions. They can’t handle any sort of communication which have a confrontational subject. They’re lazy con-artists and crooks.
