GoogleMine and my partner's first time using Martin & Co and the contrast in service compared to many other estate agents we've dealt with is night and day. We've had no end of dramas when looking for a new place to rent, having the flat we lived in for the last 5 years go up from sale leaving us no choice but to move. Louise who has been looking after us has been an absolutely life saver. Honest, personable, very approachable, great sense of humour. Louise's helpful can-do attitude aswell as her swift and concise communication has been a pleasure to work with and truly won us over. She's taken very good care of us so far setting a really nice tone for the foreseeable future. It's clear that she knows her stuff and is proud to represent that. Really cannot recommend Martin & Co and Louise highly enough!

Awful experience. After 25 months of terrible service on a ‘luxury’ apartment, which cost £35k over the period, they refuse to release the undisputed amount of the deposit. Clearly bullying tactics trying to have me agree the unreasonable deductions. Extremely unprofessional and oblivious of the DPS terms and conditions. They can’t handle any sort of communication which have a confrontational subject. They’re lazy con-artists and crooks. UPDATE: the disputed amount went to TDS and of course these chancers lost. Notice there good reviews are from landlords!

GoogleI called by phone and was introduced to Ade in sales. I spoke to him several times including a visit in person to the office. Ade was brilliant, excellent customer service and very patient with me, Ade deserves 10/10. I then met other members of the staff in the office, great service and friendly. This has to be the best estate agent I walked into the last few days looking for a property to purchase 10/10.
