GoogleDon't give them any of your personal details, when they send you emails they include their ENTIRE email list. This now means your email address is shared with hundreds if not thousands of other people who have signed up to them. Can't comment on the staff but it seems to me they are incompetent with basic computer/email skills

While it’s unfortunate you have had problems getting your deposit back, and we sympathise, deposit returns must follow the process of the deposit scheme and can take time if either party disputes it or take time to provide responses - the responsibility ultimately lays with the landlord not us as the estate agent. Regarding the £80 shortfall you mention, please can you contact james@elliotlee.co.uk so we can look into this for you and ensure all due monies are returned to you.

Having looked into further with the team I understand that what you were requesting is an additional service and your Landlord had not selected this. We aim to be transparent throughout the business and all of our fees are outlined very clearly on all property adverts and also discussed before any payments are taken. Our fees are continually reviewed and are inline with our competitors.. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and will take your comments on board.
