Hi Charlie, as mentioned at the time we had a new software system and that had some teething issues but hopefully it will make the process more efficient. Unfortunately with HMO accomodation we cannot discrimante against someone because of their working hours, nor can we control what time your housemates put on the tumble dryer. The cleaners are scheduled in to clean so if the property is becoming filthy in this time frame then we will send a message out to the occupants to be more conscientious when using the communal areas including timings of using the tumble dryer and general cleanliness. As I am aware all visits to individual rooms are notified as required but will look into this for you. With any maintenance issues these are subject to Landlord approval and contractor availability but please do use our ElliotLee maintenance App so all issue can be logged and tracked. With you comments on deposits all deposits are returned in line with the deposit schemes, if there is a dispute it can take longer than some tenants would hope but unfortunately this process is out of our control. We are please you are enjoying your room and feel the rent is reasonable. Hopefully together we can ensure the rest of your tenancy is to your satisfaction
