Charge a lot but totally ignore you when you try to contact. Only a solicitor seemed to get a response. Sadly represent the negative stereotypes of the property industry - just glad I no longer need to deal with them. Edit - Martyn Gerrard was my freeholder for 10 years. At least received a response to the review but denying responsibility fairly standard!

We were ready to throw in the towel on our house purchase after our original lender decided they didn't want to offer us a mortgage on the property we loved. If we had been dealing with a less experienced/determined/resourceful estate agent, that would have very much been that. Last year, I unexpectedly had an issue with my tenant, which ended up lasting around 3 months. Not only was I extremely glad I listened to Martyn Gerrard's advice and took out landlord insurance, but more importantly, they handheld my case from start to finish. From dealing with solicitors, insurance groups and the tenants, they provided my with sound advice and guidance and led me through the tough times successfully.
