The Best without Doubt

As a landlord I have used several letting agents in the past. I have always had issues. I live overseas and I needed a company to truly be me. To truly look after my hard earned investment as if they meant something. All I can say without prejudice is that Manson’s are clearly market leaders. They are without doubt the best out there. Debbie, Angela, Cindy, Graeme, Gav and Nick are just superb. A boutique firm with a very professional approach. I would recommend Manson’s blindly. They do truly go the extra mile and they are very much value for money. I promise you Manson’s are genuine, honest and care. I have never regretted choosing them.

Superb, professional and friendly service.

Having decided to move and downsize from a 2 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom flat, I was extremely nervous about the issues that I may come across due to my lack of experience of buying and selling properties, but I am so glad that I chose Mansons as they took all of the stress away, Nick, Deborah and the team were very professional, reassuring and friendly throughout the sale of my property and aiding me to purchase a new home for my young daughter and myself, They kept me informed throughout the whole process and I felt that they were very approachable and knowledgeable. Great choice to sell my Gosforth home

My experience buying with Mansons led me to choose them to sell our family home in Gosforth. The house was thoughtfully valued, beautifully photographed and was on the market for just four days before an excellent offer. We had very personal attention from Nick and the team, and Deborah is an excellent person to work with during the sale period, smoothing over potential problems and keeping just the right amount of pressure at all stages to make things run according to schedule. I have dealt with a number of different estate agents in the Newcastle area over the past year whilst looking for my first home, and I must say that Mansons are right there at the top for their top class customer service. Property Sale

I can't rate the service high enough that I have received from Mansons. Deborah was the lady dealing with the sale of my house and from start to finish the communication was fantastic! She kept me informed throughtout the process, even when valuations, surveys and searches had been completed by my buyer's side, which I didn't expect. I put my house on the market and within 2 days, had viewings. I had accepted an offer within 3 weeks which was great. I have dealt with estate agents in the past and have had such bad experiences, Mansons definately restored my faith! Mansons only have a hand full of properties that they sell at any given time, but this, I feel is so much better than the larger sales agents because they actually have time to dedicate to selling your property. I would recommend Mansons to anyone wanting to sell their property.

An absolutely outstanding service, from initial call to completion.

I couldn't say enough to thank Manson's for their professional, efficient, and pro-active conduct throughout the sale of my property. I had been let down in the past by a large agent in the Newcastle City area, and one Saturday morning, fed up, I called Manson's after a recommendation. My story was familiar, a seller with a one-bedroom flat in middle of the city, with a few drop out buyer's. I was aware that things were picking up, but the service from my previous agent was just not acceptable, with very little feedback, inconsistent communication, and no results. Since speaking to Deborah that Saturday morning, I was put at ease, and since then, she, and her colleagues at Manson's, have consistently delivered a very satisfying pro-active and professional service, to which I hadn't experienced from agencies in the past. Manson's provide such a level of service, that I only dealt with with one person throughout the process, who always knew exactly what was going on, and I never once had to 'chase' for any updates, which frankly came as a shock since dealing with my last agent. Excellent professional, friendly and attentive service

I recently bought a flat offered for sale through Mansons. I found Deborah Thorpe to be extremely professional, friendly and attentive from my first viewing of the property to being handed my keys. I had problems with my solicitor not dealing with matters as they should, meaning that the process was becoming unnecessarily stressful. Best experience of an estate agent

Dealing with Deborah at Mansons has meant by selling experience was as painless as possible she was chasing both end both the sellers and solicitors to push this through as both parties wanted to complete as quickly as possible. If I had another property to sell in Newcastle they would be my first choice. I have used two others in the past. Flexible letting for tenants from overseas

Mansons recently helped us to rent our first property in the UK. Moving overseas for a job is daunting enough without all the hassle that goes along with it (banks, taxes, superannuation... the forms are endless) but finding out that you might not be able to rent a property here without some well off friends or family to back you up is terrifying! Gav Younger is an absolute star who helped us explore every available avenue to satisfy our referencing requirements and get us into a new home. Superb Service

As well as the basics you would expect from a letting agent - vetting tenants, arranging payments, prompt attention to repairs, the team at Mansons, particularly Debbie Smith, supported us and tenants through very difficult issues with neighbours. As we are absent landlords in NZ, this was very stressful and without the extra concern, professionalism and good communication from Mansons, we'd have been at a loss. There was genuine concern to support us, even after the point when we stopped the let, in order to assist us resolve the issues. We can't recommend this company highly enough, it was superb service.

As a previous tenant I've worked with other estate agents before and had a fairl bad experience so was pretty unsure about how this time round would go but I couldn't of wished for a better service. Comment: As current tenants of a Mansons property, we can strongly recommend them. They have been very helpful every step of the way, in terms of helping us sort the paperwork before moving in, making sure everything was running smoothly when we started living in the property, and if we have had issues (eg the fridge broke and needed replacing, which was done with no problems). Elena in particular is very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile by remembering who we are when we go in to the office and offering us tea/coffee etc. I have found Elena to be very professional and efficient, as with all the staff at Mansons. Also thanks to Kayley for being so helpful in sorting out our broken fridge; she went to great efforts to make sure a new one was delivered quickly and at a time convenient for us, which we greatly appreciate We have recently chosen to stay in our property for another year as a result and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fabulous Service!! Gav, Jonathan & Sarah

Me and my girlfriend decided to move in together. Within 9 days of calling and looking at the property we had all the paperwork filled out, emails sent, deposits down, the lot. Gav was amazing through the whole process, answered any questions we had ASAP, kept us both in the loop regarding our status with credit checks etc. On the day of our moving he had all the paperwork ready and didn't have us in the office longer than necessary. Jonathan showed us round the property twice and was friendly, welcoming and informative throughout both viewings. Sarah came to do inventory and hand over our keys on the day of moving and she was very friendly and lovely. From what i can see, all staff at Mansons are very helpful and love their job, the atmosphere in the office was relaxed yet professional with very polite staff.

Fast, Friendly and Efficient Team.

The whole team is fast, friendly and efficient. I moved to Newcastle from Ireland for work and they were flexible and cooperative. Had to fly over for viewings and they even went the extra mile and gave me a lift into the city centre after one as I was running late for my train. They even opened the office early for me when I went to collect my keys as I have a very tight schedule.
