TrustpilotLynsey was absolutely amazing showing…
Lynsey was absolutely amazing showing us our new home. Right from the start, from the first time I called her to enquire about the house she was warm, professional and efficient and we managed to sort a viewing and offer all in one day! Whilst at the property she was super friendly and helpful showing us around and answering all our questions. She seemed very well informed about the property, landlady and surrounding area which was really refreshing and in comparison to all the viewings we went, this one really stood out and mostly all thanks to Lynsey's amazing work! Words are not enough to thank her for sorting us out with a brand new home. Thank you so much! Logan and Gavin

GoogleUmit has been a huge help in our recent house exchange. He was very accommodating to our viewing requests and diligently answered our questions. He also promptly communicated our questions/issues to the vendors. He worked really hard to ensure that we could exchange on time, sometimes juggling between us, the vendors, and the respective solicitors on both sides which has not been easy. We are very grateful for his help and are looking forward to the completion.

TrustpilotThe best estate agent in London
My daughter was living in a flat and wanted to move to a house. We referred the case to Martyn Gerrard, (who had already successfully sold our son’s flat), among other Estate Agents. Martyn Gerrard where utterly professional and succeeded in both the sale of the flat and in securing a new house for my daughter. The person leading the effort was Declan Morgan.Declan is polite, patient, professional and efficient. He is simply the best estate agent I have ever met and a most likable individual. He guided us through the process, patiently, politely to its successful conclusion.Well done, Declan

TrustpilotUnblocked a problem finding tenants
I was struggling to find tenants for my flat and engaged Martyn Gerrard after months of trying. They advised on the correct rental for market conditions at the time and found tenants very quickly. Anthony Spittle led the campaign and was attentive and very reliable. He always did what he said he would do. The rest of the team, Marcella in particular, have shown an excellent level of professionalism throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.

TrustpilotGreat experience
Andre Waldron was great. We felt we were working with our friend rather than an estate agent. He patiently showed us a few houses, without pushing anything. When we found the house, he gave us some advice on how to place an offer that would be effective. When we thought everything was fine our buyer pulled out, but Andre managed to convince our seller not to put the house back in the market, giving us time to find another buyer. We were in a big chain, the process wasn't an easy one, but throughout it we were being informed of everything. We highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Andre Waldron.

GoogleRelentless spam emails since trying to view a property last week. I’ve unsubscribed multiple times but they just won’t stop, looks like they’ve shared my email with other MG offices too. Reporting spam to all emails I get now but it’s just non-stop.
Agent replied · 20 March 2026
Hi Chris, Thank you for raising this, and I’m very sorry for the frustration this has caused. To clarify, we operate from a single company-wide database, this is so that if a property becomes available in a nearby area that may suit a customer’s requirements, they don’t miss out simply because it’s listed by a different office. I can confirm that your email address has now been fully removed from our system, and you should not receive any further emails from us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could resolve it, and again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

I'd like to call out Germano who has taken over our property and has had a huge impact. Germano has helped us navigate some major works, balancing our needs as landlords with that of the tenants ensuring all parties have been kept informed. We are first time landlords and so rely on his support and experience. Germano is a great asset to the team and I hope he is stuck with me for a long time!

TrustpilotCouldn’t recommend enough
We had a really hard time trying to find a property that my husband I both loved for a very long time. By truly listening to all of our non-negociables, Treon showed us with a beautiful selection of homes. He took his time with us and allowed us to have a good understanding of what the market had to offer. It wasn’t long before we fell in love with a home. Treon made and Martyn Gerard made our experience so pleasant, we would definitely recommend them both. Thank you for the help!!
