Germano is a lettings superhero. He is unfailingly a pleasure to deal with, delivering impeccable service that is of another era. Working with him comes as such a relief at a time when the rental market is characterised by poor levels of service which have become acceptable if not the norm in many agencies. Particularly Jaysuri who was always positive, extremely helpful and even came in on his day off to help us when we needed to meet with builders at our (in that moment, potentially) new house and sat patiently outside until we were done. Jaysuri is the sort of person you want to work with when buying or selling a house!

Craig Thompkins, Raphael B, Ben, Fatmir and all the team at Martyn Gerrard did a wonderful job when selling our house in North London. They communicated brilliantly and were always on hand when we needed them. They gave us positive, realistic appraisals of value in a market they know inside out, and made sure to match up our house with buyers who had what needed (chain free, proceedable, committed to buying our lovely house with the funds to do it). Craig, Raphael, Ben and Fatmir were massively supportive, proactive, and kept in contact, as well as having great relationships with us and with prospective buyers. A high value property transaction requires genuine trust in the agent, and the MG team delivered that throughout. It was a brilliant service and l wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig, Raphael, Ben, Fatmir and all the team at Martyn Gerrard.

As a school PTA we are extremely grateful for the support we have received from MG over the years. Amy in particular has been super helpful. We communicate with her with such ease, she always gets back to us quickly and comes up with suggestions of how we can work together. The team at MG have gone over and above to support us. Being judges at our annual Talent show 🎤 (on a Friday night in a crowded school hall for three hours!). Supervising our bouncy castle at school fetes. Helping with promo.And the regular income we receive from our commitment to families having boards up has been a huge support to us in times of l financial constraints. This has allowed us to purchase things for the school we would not have been able to. Titas was really great, quick to communicate and helpful in navigating the details involved in getting our rental property. Highly recommend. I called maybe 20 different agencies looking to rent a flat and Martyn Gerrard was the only one who got back to me, took the time to get to know my situation and even proactively reached out with potential properties that I might be interested in without me chasing them up. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for organising the flat for my daughter so well, we have dealt with many letting agents over the last few weeks and have to say you were hands down the best in the area ! You were great at communication and supportive throughout the whole process. Not only that it was a quick process! My daughter moves into her new flat in just a couple of weeks and she’s very excited.If you are looking for a professional and reliable letting agent I would look at this company.
