The Trusted AgentSale of property in Muswell Hill Road
I recently sold a property through Martyn Gerrard, I chose the agency because they give realistic valuations, provide timely feedback and are a real pleasure to deal with. I felt that the agent acted honourably and with good dedication all the way through the process. Their fee was reasonable and well earned. This is the second time I have sold a property with Martyn Gerrard and I would have no hesitation using them again in the future.

Overall they were fantastic. I worked closely with Shuhan Ali who was very helpful. He communicated with me daily, I was always up to speed and he was very kind. He worked tirelessly to find a buyer and once we did, he made sure I was always updated and guided me throughout the process. I am very pleased.

GoogleHad to chase them up for viewings, chase them to make an offer, call multiple times to move forward, wait for days…. Only to follow up again, and find out that they were going with someone else and the agency had “forgotten” to let us know. Very unprofessional!! Would not recommend.

Fatmir really went the extra mile, ensuring viewings went smoothly - and even driving all the way over at 9pm to let me back into the house when my son locked us out.
