TrustpilotStress free, swift sale and purchase agreed
Bruvis and Jamie have been friendly and efficient and have had excellent communication with us while we agreed both a house purchase and sale. A good purchase price was swiftly agreed on for the house we wish to buy, and Bruvis and Jamie both helped in obtaining a very good agreed sale on our current home without it even going to market.. All very stress free! Thank you both..

GoogleI would like to share my thoughts in regards to this dishonest and unprofessional agency. We have got an offer accepted for a flat in Muswell Hill. The agent confirmed the acceptance in writing and asked for documents to instruct solicitor. The same agent came back to me on the same day asking to raise our final offer in order to take the flat out of the market immediately. We have then immediately agreed on an higher price (above the initial asking price) under the promise to mark the listing as sold. A couple of days later, another agent called to inform me that our offer was no longer accepted and asked to submit again my final best offer. After the initial disappointment, we have submitted our final offer but the agent didn't even bother to confirm if it was accepted or not. I understand this is a free market but the agent's attitude was absolutely unprofessional. To avoid at any cost.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleRowland from the sales team kept us up to date with good feedback from all of the viewings of our property. Once we had found a buyer the staff in the Muswell Hill branch helped to ensure a quick and pain free sale through to completion.

GoogleI was assisted by Andy Marla, who was by far the best agent I dealt with in the past few months. He understood our needs and never showed us around a property in the rushed way other estate agents tend to have. Will definitely use again.

TrustpilotThoroughly recommended!
After a recent bad experience with another agent in the area we answered a letter from Martyn Gerrard and arranged for them to visit/value the property. Immediately we found Bruvis to be very personable, knowledgeable and professional and this has been consistent throughout. It was clear the team were doing everything possible to sell the property and I had frequent updates from Bruvis to help us through the process. We are delighted to have now accepted an offer which Bruvis maximised on our behalf. It has been a pleasure and I would thoroughly recommend Martyn Gerrard.

TrustpilotKevin Lehongre at Martin Gerrard
My wife and I were moving back to the UK after several years abroad and needed a place to stay urgently. We talked to several estate agents who were frustratingly useless before talking to Kevin Lehongre at Martin Gerrard. He was invaluable and helped us secure a property we are very happy with. He was always professional, courteous and honest in his dealings with us. Kevin did everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we wish him all the best.
