Daniel and Andy were always attentive and excellent throughout the whole period I was looking for tenants to let my flat. Once the tenants were found the process was managed professional and very quickly which was brilliant. Highly recommend Martin Gerrard and will be using them again.

GoogleCannot thank the team at Martyn Gerard, N10 enough for the very professional service they provided with the sale of my property. Right from my first meeting with Roland and the valuation up until the completion of the sale, they have been excellent. Special mention for Jaysuri. He communicated at every stage of the sale and I found him easy to get hold of whenever I needed to. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Worse than other estate agents! - heard agent give difference prices to another potential tentant; plus he gave us a different price over the phone and then two different prices in person. None of these prices was reasonable for the property being viewed. He was also not respectful of current tenant and generally disrespectful in how he viewed his time versus ours e.g. “don’t be late, I don’t have time” and “I’ll send you the email but not today because I finish work soon”.

GoogleThe speed at which I’ve just seen one of their branded Cars, a mini, fly up Queens Avenue, N10 is a disgrace. Probably going about 50. This road is a 20. Disgusting….
We are very sorry about this Mr Treats, but thank you for brining it to our attention. We'll speak to all our staff - whether they have a company car or not - and remind them to be respectful when they are on the road and drive appropriately.

Sophie showed us the rental, and from offer to contract signing - the agency’s process was fast and everything was completed within 7 days. The referencing software they use - Goodlord ; played a big part in this and is a great tool to make the process easy, streamlined and efficient.
