TrustpilotImmaculate letting agent service SHERIAZ GULZAR
Sheriaz Gulzar at Martyn Gerad exceeded all expectations during my property search. After our initial phone call, Sheriaz provided impeccable advice and service when we met in person. He meticulously explained the entire process, tailored his guidance to my specific needs, and was exceptionally informative. Sheriaz's professionalism and courtesy were remarkable, making him my top recommendation to both family and friends.

I've been using MG for around 12 years now to assist with finding tenants and dealing with renewals on my rental property. I have always been happy with them. They are always helpful, efficient and friendly no matter the query and have always found me good tenants. Zoe in particular has been super helpful over the last few years with the renewals side and organising safety certificates etc. She always goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleSo pleased I asked Rowland to take charge of our sale. I visited a few competitors before making the choice and felt his approach, experience and personality was by far the one I felt most comfortable with. End result was a speedily accepted offer under tricky market conditions.
