After purchasing a flat to let, I went to Dawson's to seek advice. Thankfully Tracy Kloet was in the office. She helped me through the whole process offering sensibly advice and opinions. She then found me the tenant from Heaven! I had no hesitation recommending her to my close friend, who had also recently purchased a property to let. Well done Tracey and thank you.

An outstanding estate agency - I contacted the company explaining what type of property I was looking for. Within a few weeks I had a phone call from April Parry - Walters informing me that they had taken on a property that fitted my needs. I was able to view and make an offer before the property for sale sign had gone up. Even the after sales experience went the 'extra mile'' - a minor problem was dealt with and rectified with the minimum of fuss. I have recently sold my house with Dawson's in Mumbles. The assistance that I have had from the staff in the Mumbles office, to find a new home, has been great. They have kept me informed about new properties, that were coming onto the market and have shown a genuine interest in my need to find a new home. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and I am only sorry that I eventually found a property with another agent. I really would have liked to buy a property with Dawson's to thank them for all their efforts. Thanks for all your patience with our many viewings !

They did everything they could to help me, and did find me a buyer. I was really sorry things didn't work out.
