Fantastic service - professional, helpful and nothing is too much

I have been renting properties with Dawsons for around 5 years and I simply cannot compliment them enough on the service they provide. They are always so helpful, particularly Tracy and Tom. One thing I particularly like is the fact that they are very transparent so you know what you are getting and it makes you feel safe/secure when renting. On a number of occasions I have needed something very quickly and I felt as though all hands were on deck to help find a solution and exactly what I needed. Samantha proved herself to be an efficient professional agent who supported the successful completion of a rental deal for a property that fulfils so much of my initial search criteria and more. A First-Class Agency

On entering the Mumbles Office of Dawsons Lettings, my wife and I were very impressed with the warm and personal welcome we received from the Staff - even down to them offering an ice cold drink on a scorching hot day. Our main contact was Rhodri - his professionalism, efficiency and demeanour were, and still is, second to none.
