Dawsons were excellent

We were buying a house in the Mumbles.. We were selling our place in England. Dawsons were acting for the vendor in the Mumbles. There were many times our sale was stalling in England and things became very tense. Dawsons and in particular Andrea were great in communicating with all sides,, great in understanding the problems and trying to find solutions to satisfy all sides.. They were a major reason as to why we managed to complete this purchase. Even after the move they have been very helpful in recommending tradespeople to help us post move.. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dawsons and if I were ever to sell they would be the first people I would contact

An outstanding estate agency - I contacted the company explaining what type of property I was looking for. Within a few weeks I had a phone call from April Parry - Walters informing me that they had taken on a property that fitted my needs. I was able to view and make an offer before the property for sale sign had gone up. Even the after sales experience went the 'extra mile'' - a minor problem was dealt with and rectified with the minimum of fuss.
