A First-Class Agency

On entering the Mumbles Office of Dawsons Lettings, my wife and I were very impressed with the warm and personal welcome we received from the Staff - even down to them offering an ice cold drink on a scorching hot day. Our main contact was Rhodri - his professionalism, efficiency and demeanour were, and still is, second to none. We have moved quite a few times and without a doubt Dawsons Lettings of Mumbles have been outstanding in their commitment to providing us with an excellent service. Throughout our dealings with Rhodri, Tom and the young ladies in the Office, we have been treated with kindness, promptness and most important of all, we have been regarded as 'persons'; not a number. We have been reporting issues in our property for nealy 2 years now, at every 3 month inspection and several times in between. The main issue concerning us is a leaking conservatory, every single time it rains, it floods! Each time we are told 'a report has been logged', 'someone will be sent out soon', nothing has EVER been done and these issues have now escalate to the point where 1 room of our house is coated in black mould and the walls are falling off (photos attached). This is just one of the many problems we've reported and Dawsons has done NOTHING. Our 3 young children live in this house with us, it is unsafe for them and we will be reporting this to environmental health and our local councillor. Absolutely abismal, if this had be rectified when we first reported NEARLY 2 YEARS AGO, we wouldn't be in this situation. Stay well away from Dawsons.

Buying in Mumbles

An outstanding estate agency - I contacted the company explaining what type of property I was looking for. Within a few weeks I had a phone call from April Parry - Walters informing me that they had taken on a property that fitted my needs. I was able to view and make an offer before the property for sale sign had gone up. Even the after sales experience went the 'extra mile'' - a minor problem was dealt with and rectified with the minimum of fuss. A fantastic experience from a very professional company - Well Done Dawsons!!
