We were buying a house in the Mumbles.. We were selling our place in England. Dawsons were acting for the vendor in the Mumbles. There were many times our sale was stalling in England and things became very tense. Dawsons and in particular Andrea were great in communicating with all sides,, great in understanding the problems and trying to find solutions to satisfy all sides.. Throughout the selling process I was very impressed with the quality of service and the friendly, professional manner of the staff at Dawsons.
