We were let down by the first buyer who we believe couldn't obtain a mortgage. We lost almost 3 months with that but Dawsons Mumbles found another buyer as soon as they could and we proceeded from there.

Very Professional and helpful, regularly inspect properties which some agents say they do however fail to do, would highly recommend Dawson’s if you are looking to let or rent a property, used a couple of agents over the years and found Dawson's Lettings in Mumbles the most reliable - Tracy in particular found to be very helpful, have recommended many people to them who have all agreed.
