GoogleQuite predatory - they charged me £100 to "secure the property" I applied for and had already made an agreement for. At the time, I was coming from Canada and I did not really understand UK laws, but have now been told by several people (and after searching up online) that this fee is illegal. My agent was Louie Alden. Also, I had to email and politely ask in person several times for my inventory for my flat but never received it, which I believe is quite dishonest. Just very disappointing as it was my first experience renting in the UK.

Google✅🌟✨👍🏻HIGHLY RECOMMEND💰👏🏼✨🌟🤩 We worked mainly with Sandra who was very supportive and helpful throughout what turned out to be a particularly challenging sale of a new build property that had never been lived in. We were kept updated all the time with our responsibilities as executors on a brand new property. I feel that they did a great job from the photography and social media engagement perspective. They kept the communications between ourselves and the buyer going and managed expectations on both ends professionally and reasonably. I would absolutely recommend Knight Edmonds who have taken advantage of having the best position in the Maidstone for footfall traffic and understanding how social media can sell a house. They leveraged a fair price for everyone and took a very fair cut. I would not be surprised if they are a chain that sells outside of Maidstone within a while. A very capable team of estate agents that offer huge value to their customers.

We then re listed with Knight Edmonds and we had 2 offers within a week and accepted an offer on day 8. Sam was amazing and Sandra was fantastic post offer and seeing the sale through. GoogleAfter a slow start, due possibly to the general election and subsequent sluggish market, we requested a refreshment of our sale which, Briscombes were happy to undertake. Within a matter of a few short weeks thereafter they secured a favourable sale on our behalf. We would have appreciated a pro active approach, in terms of communication, in the early stages as we hadn’t moved house in 40 years. However, once we got a buyer, the process was seamless and we managed to find a new house and move in just 10 weeks.
