Lenwell provide a great service. They are professional in approach and very easy to work with. There are so many bad agents out there, but in comparison, Lenwell are a different level.
My key points of contact (Richard and Andrew) are clearly good at their jobs, polite, and robust in their approach. As a landlord, this is key. My tenants have said theat their experience is the same. They feel safe and secure in having Lenwell maintain the properties.
Moving my portfolio to Lenwell is the best thing I've done, and long overdue.

GoogleThe owner of this company Alex requested a after builders deep clean of a property at short notice. We gave him a quote which and negotiated down. He declined saying he had found another cheaper.
The next morning his wife Tatiana calls my company asking for a quote for a 3 bedroom, end of tenancy clean saying it's not too dirty .I corrected her that it is a 4 bed and an after builders property and extremely filthy.
She wasn't happy to be caught lying to get a cheaper quote and was extremely rude and dropped the phone on me and then decided to go to my company page review and lie about the quote given. Totally uncalled for behaviour.
Nasty couple don't trust them or their business. Someone advised me they doublecrossed them in business to get where they are today ! Nasty people.

I have lived in the property I rent through Lenwells for 7 years and have dealt with Julia from day one. She is always ready to help and deals with any issues promptly. The latest problem I had was sorted on the day I contacted her.
