GoogleVery poor service, no communication to tenants, we had to ask for mailbox keys 3 times without any luck their excuse was that the manager had the keys and they would get back to us the next day. Inventory inspection, they would state on the document that the flat was marked, painted and dirty. We had been in the flat for a year and made no changes whatsoever. Flat presented dirty on viewing and given the keys in the same state without offering any kind of cleaning service. We had to clean the flat top to bottom to remove dirt on the kitchen, fungus and moss from the balcony and more. Very unhappy with them UPDATES: 04/02/21 - tried to called but no answer, sent an email as suggested on your response. 06/02/21 - email not responded yet

GoogleI had some problems with oven not working and i have contacted and spoke before the pandemic with another agent who did nothing to fix it (never sent anyone as promised). This time i was luck that my email was picked up by Kim Horsler ( not sure if i picked up the name right) and she was very effective and straightforward. Thank you very much and im happy to say that Lenwell is has the best property service department. I have been previously with other agencies and the weren’t at the same level of commitment , quality and effectiveness!

GoogleWe rented a property with Lenwell over a year ago. And this we have renewed with them without problem. From the initial moment the whole team has been attentive and very honest. They are the most honored company with which we have participated in London. And we would like to highlight the human and personal character with which they treat their tenants. I would especially like to highlight Holly Hayward. For her part, whenever we have had any kind of difficulty, she has given us an almost immediate response to solving the problem. And this is really appreciated. The houses are as shown in the photos. They are well cared for, do spot checks, and the handyman in the homes is a wonderful person. I would not hesitate to have this equipment if you will need to move my home to look for another home in the future. Count on them !!

GoogleLenwell (and Acorn estate agents before them) have been looking after a property for me since 1996 and have done a remarkable job in minimising void periods and basically taking care of it for me with little draw on my time. I would very much commend their service ethic, and if you are looking for an agent you will not go far wrong with this team. Whilst everyone I have dealt with there has been good, Kim Horsler looks after my account and does a cracking job on my behalf.
