Good morning, I am incredibly sorry to read this review. I know this is no excuse but at present we are in the process of switching from the office system we have used for years to a new one. We are having difficulty with the diary and appointments. I have seen the appointment now in the diary for Adam who will call you this morning to rebook. Please accept our sincere apologies.

As soon as i sent a email enquiry about the property that i wanted, as soon as I sent the email i received a phone call from one of their members of staff. Overall I would highly recommend Lenwell due there high levels of customer service and there excellent website.
