GoogleThe above rating is for Kim Horsler my managing agent who is very responsive and gets things done when requested. I still have some outstanding queries with "the company"not Kim, but this may be down to the virus complicating life at Lenwell.

I've recently become a first-time owner of a buy-to-let property and Lenwell's have been very patient as I find my way through the process of having a tenant for the first time. As the property I've bought is new, there are quite a few snagging issues and they've managed to keep my tenant happy whilst keeping me informed. They've also helped find me an odd job man and even looked after a delivery for me at their offices! I know it's early days yet but the signs are good so far.

GoogleReported a faulty smoke alarm to them, said they would keep me updated, then they all went home & left me to deal with it, I live in a flat & have neighbours with small children very inconsiderate of them, very very poor service
I can confirm that Lenwell was in conversation with your landlord to get this matter resolved as your landlord generally has his own contractors. After further communications this morning, with your landlord. Lenwell has sourced a contractor able to carry out this work, and he should be attending today 02/10/19. Apologies that a member of staff did not get back to you last night. I hope this helps and when the issue is resolved perhaps you could look at removing or modifying the review. We would really appreciate it. Many thanks Update: the alarm issue has been rectified within 24 hours.

GoogleI was wondering how a professional agency can employ people to attend their first call to simply harass the customer who is calling. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life to talk to such a mannerless person, who discriminated against me and abused me verbally. This kind of people will destroy an organisation.

GoogleVery friendly and helpful staff and also very professional! When I had problem with my lights, one call to the very helpful maintenance team and a contractor was out to fix it very promptly with no hassle! I would recommend Lenwell to anyone!

GooglePoor communication. Sent original email the 4th of February and I still chasing up with a Property manager and then escalated with Operations Director, still waiting for reply and solution. My situation is in regards a deposit.

GoogleWe are renting with Lenwell and we are very happy with the agency. The most helpful agent was Sarah Carroll, very professional and always helpful, always answering our questions. If you want to rent with them make sure Sarah it's your agent.
