Malik has been very helpful, is mostly because of him that i took the appartment with lenwell... Molik has dedication in his work, he is very consistent and will always to make it easier for you to understand the contract or other convenient informations to know before I enter. I pleased to say that Malik exceed my exceptectation.

terrible agency made only to grab your money they will charge you for everything for example they charge 30 pounds for references if you need them for some other agency and they taking move out fee from deposit, every day im getting spam from them about new properties on the end i get long list what i should cleanup and information that lenwell is recomending cleanup comany frendly to them. never ever agin

Our fees are advertised in full compliance with the law and are competitive in the local market, We also give tenants an option of paying the checkout fee themselves or having it deducted from the deposit. I am sorry that you felt our advice for vacating tenants wasn't helpful, most tenants find it invaluable in helping them prepare the property to be handed back to the landlord.

GooglePathetic property management, Did not had hot water for two months, still the roof leaks and after multiple complains they are still not bothered. Will not recommend anyone to rent a flat or house from them.
