I recently used Robertson Smith & Kempson Acton Estate Agents for the sale of my flat, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The team worked exceptionally hard to attract interest to the flat and kept me well-informed with viewings and feedback throughout the process. Their effectiveness in managing my sale was commendable. A special mention goes to James, who consistently kept me updated on everything that was happening. He was always very friendly and approachable whenever I called in. The only downside was that their fees seemed comparatively expensive compared to other local agents, especially considering the value my flat sold for. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Robertson Smith & Kempson to anyone looking to make a property sale in the local area.
