GoogleI recently used Robertson Smith & Kempson Acton Estate Agents for the sale of my flat, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The team worked exceptionally hard to attract interest to the flat and kept me well-informed with viewings and feedback throughout the process. Their effectiveness in managing my sale was commendable. A special mention goes to James, who consistently kept me updated on everything that was happening. He was always very friendly and approachable whenever I called in. The only downside was that their fees seemed comparatively expensive compared to other local agents, especially considering the value my flat sold for. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Robertson Smith & Kempson to anyone looking to make a property sale in the local area.

She went over and above duty to ensure we had any and all information we needed when we needed it, and constantly kept us in the loop on our property search (something I can confidently say you won't experience everywhere!!!). Once we'd decided on the property, everything was sorted in a swift 12 days. Couldn't be happier!

GoogleHad a great experience with Blair as our letting agent. It took a while to find the perfect apartment, but Blair was tirelessly enthousiastic and helpful along the whole process. Even when we had some issues with the referencing company, Blair made sure to help us out as best he could. He even gave me the recipe for his famous Sticky Toffee Pudding! All in all great working with him.
