Even two years later she still had all this qualities that we saw in her in first place. Calm, patient, friendly, helpful, positive, reliable! People skills and negotiation skills are on point! Following an email enquiry about a property; when I called called back he let me know that had unfortunately been sold that day, however, he very quickly and efficiently booked me in for 3 unadvertised viewings close together on the Monday evening.
