GoogleI had a fantastic experience working with this agency to find my new home, and especial mention to Gaetano, who has been always available and kind to attend all my questions. He was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process about my needs (for example he helped with with sorting the furniture). I highly recommend this agency.

GoogleHard working team who pulled out all the stops when we lost our buyer, meaning that we were able to carry on with our purchase. Had we not had to have a good many debates with them about certain issues like putting under offer on the listing when it was under offer / showing images of bathrooms etc they would have got 5 stars. GoogleFelt really let down by RSK Acton. Very flippant, very insincere. Put in a bid at the asking price for a property which hadn't had any bids in months, suddenly there was another bid, and I was being pressured heavily to match it. I didn't. I dropped out. Nearly a year later, the property is still unsold, and the other bid looked clearly fake both now and at the time. Felt like heavy pressure over the phone from RSK to increase the bid, but I felt I could smell a rat, and refused to go above the asking price. Be very careful if you put bids in, you may suddenly have phantom other bids which don't seem to be real, and you may get heavy pressure from RSK. It felt like the seller and RSK were trying to play me and help themselves to more cash. In the end RSK got nothing and the seller hasn't sold a year later. Great idea that was putting in a phantom bid by the seller and his/her mate. It felt like RSK were untrustworthy and I hope I never use them to buy or sell a property in the future. EDIT: They called me 9 minutes after this post below. The statement below is untrue and is meant to deceive anyone who reads these google reviews.

GoogleExtremely poor customer service, did not accept the errors they made. We were incorrectly advised by their estate agents for around 2 months about our contract and ended up signing something completely different to what we were promised. Overall very let down by their service, I had to call them to try to organise anything and never got any correspondence back. When I did, it was a different person each time, and no communication between the team as they all said different things.

The whole process was really great, we had Carla as our agent who was our contact throughout the sale and couldn't have asked for a more supportive agent to help us through the process. The contact was really direct and straight to the point which I liked and felt like there was a lot of trust there. She was always available with any questions I had, really friendly and helpful throughout. I was explained in details whenever I had a legal question. Everything has all been sorted out in the shortest amount of time possible without any delay. In total, searching, finding, checking reference and moving in, took less than one week. GoogleI have had a fantastic experience with this Agency. Angelina who dealt with me from the beginning was an absolute blessing to work with. At a time that is usually quite stressful (especially with being very busy at work and pregnant), She was incredibly supportive, patient, followed up with me and encouraged me to go for the place I moved into 2 days ago. The whole process was very smooth and that was because she kept me posted on what was happening, was very thorough, gave me great advice, and was always pleasant on the phone. GoogleHello, we are a French family with two children who moved over London in August 2022 (yes it took us a while to post the comment, too busy with the move 😊). Looking for a property to rent we did connect with most of the agencies in the area and although with did not end up finding a property with RSK we would definitely recommend the agency. We were supported in our search by Blair who showed professionalism, who regularly followed up with us (never being pushy) and who understood our needs. If we were to look for a property again in the area, we would definitely go back to RSK. The overall atmosphere of the agency and people we have been interacting with were all helpful, reactive & nice!

GoogleCarla at RSK was a huge help with the purchase of my first flat. She was immediately available, and always proactive, making sure the process didn’t stagnate at any point. I was always made aware of what the next step was, who to chase or what information I could provide to help expedite the process. She was genuinely enthusiastic when the offer was accepted and at exchange/completion, with the personal touch that is so valuable at such a daunting/exciting time as buying your first home. Thoroughly recommend.
