GoogleHad a great experience with Blair as our letting agent. It took a while to find the perfect apartment, but Blair was tirelessly enthousiastic and helpful along the whole process. Even when we had some issues with the referencing company, Blair made sure to help us out as best he could. He even gave me the recipe for his famous Sticky Toffee Pudding! All in all great working with him.

We rented a flat in Acton with these individuals for two years, and they are incredibly incompetent. When we first moved in, they informed our landlord that the money he had paid for a cleaner had been used, when in fact it hadn't. The flat was extremely dirty, and the floor was sticky upon our arrival. We had to spend several days cleaning the entire flat ourselves while the living room was also being painted. Now that we've moved out, our landlord confirmed that an email was sent to RSK a couple of days after our move-out date, confirming that we could indeed be refunded our deposit. However, five days later, we're still waiting for this to be processed. The man in charge of processing these requests has repeatedly claimed that the transfer had been processed when it had not. We had to call the office multiple times, only to be told that no, he had not processed the transfer. Absolutely ridiculous.

GoogleI found Tamsa Teji at the Acton office super helpful. She regularly checked in all the way through the process and was great at problem solving and contacting the people who needed to be contacted. I never had any regrets about choosing Robertson Smith and Kempson and appreciated their personal service. I would definitely recommend!
