GoogleUPDATE: I spoke with the branch director regarding my concerns, and they stated that there is nothing illegal or unethical about asking for £25,000 more than the asking price without indicating "offers over" or "in excess of" on the website. While this may be their view, I find this approach misleading and unhelpful for serious buyers like myself. I had a deeply disappointing experience with the Acton branch while attempting to purchase a property in the area. Despite offering above the asking price for a property that had been on the market for months and even reduced in price, my offer was rejected. The explanation provided was baffling, it was allegedly due to the profit potential from a future extension of the property. The agent also claimed the seller was looking for £25,000 over the asking price, citing his assumption that I was a developer, which I clearly am not. When I questioned the purpose of the advertised asking price, he replied, “to generate interest.” I find this strategy highly questionable and would appreciate a director’s explanation regarding the ethics of such an approach. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and dishonest, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned as a serious potential buyer.

GoogleBlair Baxter is the man you want to see! Me and my friends had been looking for a while and dealing with estate agents felt like fighting off a slew of thirsty salesmen. Having worked is sales myself their tactics seemed ruthless and hardly subtle. BUT! Then we found the RSK that Blair works in and it felt like a breath of fresh air. He cared about what we wanted to find and every suggestion and viewing with him was a delight. We felt looked after. Often on the drive home we would say things like " if we do make an offer at least we will have Blair helping us through the process" he had earned our trust. Blair Baxter has been amazing and if I ever have any problems i feel comfortable in knowing Blair is there to help.

GoogleMy partner and I used RSK to find our flat in Acton, Blair showed me around 3 properties all of which all exceeded our expectation for our budget. I viewed the one we're currently residing and put an offer in the evening, Blair worked late into the evening to ensure we had a response and ultimately had a verbal agreement the same evening. Following this both Blair and Priyesh ensured all our requirements were met, helping us with every request or query we had. I would have no concern recommended Blair and Priyesh, their service was excellent.

GoogleWe were looking for the new home for nearly a year and think have seen over few hundreds of the flats/houses and have met quite a few agents. Our experience of house viewing with Jack Dann was always super pleasant always arranging for the excellent options for us. He found the perfect one! He has arranged for the very smooth buying process and was way more proactive and informative than our solicitors. So we were able to compete within a month time. I certainly would recommend RSK as all staff are very helpful and Jack Dann in particular as he is very super kind and knows the property market and what are the best deals for you like no-one else!
