We've just exchanged on our first house (in Acton) through RSK, and had a very good experience with them as estate agents. In particular Carla was extremely diligent and helpful in dealing with our case. She was always available for a chat and explained the process to us very well as first time buyers. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is that RSK recommended Simply Conveyancing as solicitors who I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

We have just exchanged on our house sale, and had a very good experience with RSK Acton, and Jack Dann in particular. After starting with another agent, who was lovely, but maybe not as pro-active as is required in the current climate, we moved to RSK as we wanted to inject some vigour back into the marketing of our property. Well vigour it certainly had! We had a good number of viewings by well-vetted buyers, and hearing Jack show them round the house and give them all the details and info about the area was top notch, he certainly knows his stuff and his patch. Then when we did accept an offer, Jack was brilliant at managing the process, keeping all parties in the chain moving until the exchange was done. We received call from George, inquired about our issue and checked our availability so he can dispatch technician. Within a few hours, George emailed us date and time to expect engineer. We have been using RSK Estate Agents since we first let this property in 2012. The tenants we have had so far have been excellent. In this instance after our present tenants notified us they had to leave, we completed a Letter of Appointment to the Acton office on Friday 14th May 2021 and by Friday 21st May we had received an Offer Letter. There were viewings on the Saturday and Monday following the Appointment (for which I received e-mail notifications) and the Director of this office kept me updated by phone. I bought my flat in 2001 from RSK - Ronan was the contact back then. During the whole period they have always been the letting agents, finding me excellent tenants who have been popular with the other residents with flats in the building. Fingers crossed the sale of it is now going through - 20 years on and the time has come. Cameron in the sales team has been realistic with the price I could expect to achieve and has worked extremely hard on my behalf, keeping me updated at all points. I found the whole process just so easy and efficient, and Blairs approach professional, yet friendly. Having worked with a few agents over many years I can honestly say he came out top on my list of recommended letting consultants. The regular (but not too many ) updates were very useful particularly in these stressful times, finding the right tenant and negotiating a reasonable rental is a skillful balancing act.
