Just bought a flat through RSK; they were great from start to finish of what became a very, very protracted conveyancing process. Carla is magic. She knew exactly what I was looking for before I did, finding the perfect property for us and getting a great price for the vendors. RSK did a great job selling a challenging property for me. When the property needed to come off the market for building works RSK were helpful and held the keys for contractors and were happy to wait until it was ready to go back on the market again. RSK were consistent in their good advice and honest about the market value and I felt they were working for me as the seller and not just chasing their targets. I was impressed with the number of buyers ready to go they have in their database before looking for interest through the portals. During the sale process Luke Heaps was my direct contact, he was professional and helpful and returned my calls in a timely manner.. The viewings were carried out efficiently and once offers had been made Luke Heaps still worked hard to make sure the sale went through and to achieve the best price for me. I'm happy to recommend both Luke and RSK as estate agents and would use them again.

Astle has been a friendly, communicative and accomodating agent, and the team at RSK have made finding a new flat to rent a stress free and straightforward process. The application process has been simple and all of the relevant paperwork and references were collected quickly. Astle even arranged a second viewing for us after we had completed our rental agreement, right at the end of the work day, so we that could take measurements and discuss furniture. I sold my flat with Robertson Smith & Kempson in June and thought it was a fantastic service and experience. I specifically worked with Jack (who sold the property), Cameron and Toby in the Acton office. From the beginning the team were proactive and immediately set about selling the property. I received frequent updates and really useful advice regarding viewings and feedback. Their knowledge on the local area and current market was insightful and extensive. It wasn't an easy sale given the current cladding crisis, pandemic and being a leasehold sale, however they were very supportive and offered a great deal of insight on how I should deal with various issues as they arose. They were slightly pricier, but for the amount of work they put in it was WELL worth the money. He also did a good job of calling periodically to see how we were getting on with the sale of our property in W12 and suggesting new homes they had just taken on for us to visit.
