Cameron at RSK Action helped us a lot to find properties, to get our offer accepted, and to get the transaction ready to be completed. As of today, it's not completed yet but we are certain it's going to be completed very shortly. He was responsive throughout the process mainly by phone. Having said that, there is room for improvement, perhaps, this may not be on Cameron, or not even on the company, but could be on the industry. 1. What was happening was not always clear especially after the offer was accepted. We have got no updates for quite a whole. Also, there was some information that turned out not accurate. For instance, the deadline for the completion was not correct. 2. Also, after the offer was accepted, another person was assigned to us, however, we didn't know when to contact whom. But Cameron was responsive enough as I mentioned above, so this was not really an issue because we kept contacting just Cameron. 3. Communication was heavily phone-based. As buying a property is a big hustle, to track a record, I would appreciate that communication could be more written-based such as emails. At least, it'd be better if they could always follow up by email after all phone calls. Overall experience is great! I definitely recommend RSK and Cameron when you want to buy a new property sell one. Thanks for your help!

I contacted this agency while looking for accomodation in London. The agent Who managed my account was Angelina King, an extremely profesional yet sweet agent Who proposed many suitable properties for me to consider. Due to tube strikes, I had to cancel my appointments with her to view the properties, but she so kindly offered a videocall tour of the Houses!! Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this agency! After a negative experience with another estate agent in the area I was running out of time to find a place for me and my family to live. Enter Priyesh (director/ my saviour - not an exaggeration) I explained my situation and he immediately offered support and advice. Within less than 10 minutes, I had an appointment to view a very popular property the next morning. At the viewing I met Angelina, who was more than helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the process of me putting an offer in, getting all the references sorted, signing a contract and all the various other legal paperwork was completed within ONE DAY! We have been in a chat with them looking for a 1 bed flat, explaining our budget. They played a big game, placing 4 views. Three were low-level properties and one was fabulous but the price was 300£ higher than our cap. So we told them that we couldn't achieve the goal but they said the landlord was flexible. A couple of days after we sent our offer for 200£ less, the agent didn't want even to speak with the landlord about saying was too low, I think that this was very unprofessional, because usually, they show all the offers and then the landlord decides who'll be the tenant. Absolutely a waste of time.

She came out from behind her desk and sat next to me on a sofa to discuss the type of property I needed for my family and the location we wanted. She understood that our new home had to be suitable for two cats and be close to my son’s school and never tried to persuade us to deviate. I'm a first time buyer and quite honestly had no idea how to navigate the process when we started this journey. Buying a property is a stressful situation but Carla did everything in her power to make things as straightforward as possible. Overall experience: RSK didn't have a handle on my sale, misled both the buyer and I by saying that the sale was going to fall through on numerous occasions, provided wrong advice on issues such as increased stamp duty and generally didn't manage the sale well at all. I took matters into my own hands and contacted the buyer directly who was extremely amiable and we got the sale over the line without RSK's support. I tried to ask for a reduction in the commission as the sale would have fallen through due to their terrible management of the sale and was initially offered nothing and then offered a gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill. At this point, I wanted to end my communication with RSK as I had such a terrible experience. I have brought and sold a few properties and even brought with RSK in 2013, but I won't be going back to them after this experience. If you're selling a leasehold property, don't sell through RSK.
