I contacted this agency to ask for details about a property I was interested in purchasing. During the conversation, the receptionist hung up on me in the middle of the call and then hung up several more times when I tried to call back. On top of that, the information she provided was incorrect and misleading, which could have seriously affected a purchase decision. I would not consider this agency trustworthy for property buyers, and based on this experience, I also would not recommend it to property sellers.

Exteremly Poor Service Quality

The lift is not working for 8 months of the year, and they promoted a 6th-floor flat without letting us know. They are not contacting building management properly, and the building management company is only accepting requests from the RSK side. Their staff are not doing their jobs, their service quality is extremely poor, and they lie easily and without blushing. Their existance is a mistake.

Aadam from RSK Acton was very helpful during our flat hunt in West London. We were not quite sure about the process of flat hunting but with his help, the process was stress free and efficient & that it was very important to him to find the right property for his client. I have been through three sales in 2023 with RSK Acton, and all selling agents in the team did a fantastic job at ensuring all the actions are carried out as early as possible. There were challenging moments especially dealing with managing agents and HTB, but RSK handled everything so that we were able to achieve the best possible outcome. The agent I was with for the third sale (James Merceron) was particularly responsive and reassuring, going the extra mile to communicate with technicians on-site and helping advocate for me leading up to sale finalisation. Overall a positive experience.

Avoid at All Costs, Unfair and Unprofessional

I would strongly caution anyone against using RSK. Throughout my tenancy, I followed all proper procedures and reported maintenance issues, including during their routine six-month inspections. Despite this, they are now trying to deduct part of my deposit for a problem I had already reported. When I requested the inspection reports, documents they are relying on to justify these deductions, they flatly refused to provide them. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable and shows how little regard they have for tenants’ rights. Their handling of deposits is unfair, and their staff appear either incompetent or unwilling to take responsibility. I have no choice but to escalate the matter to TDS and would strongly advise others to think twice before renting through this agency.

Joe O'Keeffe has been an exceptional lettings consultant from the start!
He’s been proactive with the handling of my rental application and consistently professional with his attitude. I really appreciated that he was always available and easy to get hold of by email or by phone, especially when an urgent inquiry or a concern arose. (sorry for all the phone calls!) Joe is a cheerful and kind person to speak with, and his approach definitely made the whole process less dull and less stressful.
He didn’t fail to deliver at any instance and it was a great pleasure communicating with him and his colleagues - amongst which Andre Da Silva who was also very accommodating and adept in getting my offer accepted. Angelina is the nicest and friendliest person I have ever met among Estate Agents in London. She takes the time and shows genuine interest in coming back to follow up with new properties and options. I would like to mention that RSK doesn't offer the most affordable rental options in the market, and sometimes their tenancy contracts seem longer compared to others in the market.
