Pestered me to get everything signed but once that was done didn't put me in touch with the landlord, didn't stay in touch with my consultant, was just in a desperate rush to get me to sign. Also didn't provide details on the property that someone not native to London would know

Temptation to use the cheaper agents is always great, but we would not have got the service we had if we had chosen such... City West did all the viewings, gave good feedback from each viewing and after 3 successful viewings we were able to accept an offer. Each staff member at the office were courteous, very helpful, supportive and available when needed.. Overall a very good experience and certainly much imporved from when we purchased the flat via a different agent.who didnt seem to care, just wanted their big fee. Certainly would use City West again if ever the need should arise.

As soon as they had our deposit, they stopped picking up the phone. They changed the terms of the contract, misrepresented our offer to the landlord, and frequently misinformed everyone involved - be seriously on your guard if you have to deal with them. Further to this, they were unhelpful and rude. Attempting to use their complaints procedure resulted in a bullying phone call from the person we were compaining about. Overall this agency, and in particular the agent we dealt with (Egle) lack integrity and professionalism. If you have to deal with them, watch out for little details, check any contracts thoroughly, and don't trust anything they say until you have it in writing.

Pleasure having Alastair Murray/ City West representing us for the sale. Transparent throughout the process and set realistic expectations with us from the word go. Committed to achieving success with us and despite some challenges with Brexit, the tenant living at the property and also competing against another agency we had prior to City West taking over, Alastair always remained positive in his approach. kept in regular contact and was also very easy to reach. Extremely professional company! Everything can be done online, which makes it easier for the contract, the references, etc. The agents always answered very promptly, and were very helpful, trying to figure out the best ways for us tenants to get everything done. Only concern was on the few days prior to our arrival: - it was unclear whether the appartment would be cleaned before we got there, and at what time we would be able to get the keys. At the end of the day, everything was settled, and we got the flat in an excellent condition!

Three friends and me have been looking for a four bedroom property for our year at UCL for quite a while, and were pretty upset about our experiences house hunting so far. We explained our situation to Cassie, and she sympathised with us and helped us find an amazing property. The continuous support, and clear communication from that point onwards have been the sole pillar of comfort that led to our relatively stress free experience throughout the process of securing the property. We are glad we met her, grateful that in the end, we got a house and were glad we didn't need to experience unnecessary stress during the start of our studies. Sincerely recommend her!

I tried far a property that could satisfy my requests: the central area, and good profitability in relation to the purchase price. I came across CityWest Homes and I was introduced to Michela, Italian like me, that was decisive for the purchase: if I had not been able to rely on its availability, kindness and professionalism, probably the purchase would not be been successful. In fact, the seller gave me a lot of problems and I was giving up hope ... Besides, she is not even in sales, but in the rents. One more reason to entrust her the rent of my apartment just bought and is now being restored.

I have just completed a buy of a small flat. What struck me compared to many sales agents was the honesty and the true customer orientation I met with City West Residential's. I had contact with my sales agent for a long time and when time and object was right for me I was notified and we could complete in a smooth way.
