Excellent Service by Gramos of City West Residential

I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude towards Gramos and the team in City West Residential. It was our first time to buy through City West Residential and it was pretty obvious from the beginning that they perform at a higher level in comparison to other highstreet estate agents. It was a very seamless experience from viewing to completion, especially when we raised a lot of questions and requests during the purchase and Gramos was always trying to answer and accommodate us with patience. Throughout the conveyancing process, Gramos would speak to us regularly to make sure we are happy in every step of the process. It was the kind of experience that you can feel they care, which I think is very important. and that distinguished them from the others. Highly regarded overall and thanks for looking after our purchase!

Excellent service - Folco Donfrancesco from CityWest Residential!

I had a very short time to sell my flat near Royal Oak/Westbourne Park.. Folco Donfrancesco understood my situation and showed a genuine desire to reassure me that the sale would be done within my deadline and to the price I had hoped. As a single mom going through this process, I was constantly reassured and supported by Folco Donfrancesco by answering questions and keeping me updated in a very positive and respectful way.. Folco gave me a fantastic service and exceeded me expectation of an Estate Agent. My flat was sold to a very good price within my timeframe. I would not hesitate to contact Folco Donfrancesco from CityWest Residential again for any future property transactions. Thank you Folco, for making what could have been a very stressful time for me to be so easy and positive!

Simply the most efficient

I contacted Diego Bottigliero for the first time on the 2nd of August for one of the properties he was proposing. The property was not available anymore, but Diego took the time to understand what I was looking for exactly and told me he would get back to me with properties suiting my needs. On the 11th of August he called to tell me I could visit a property the following day. I went to the viewing, loved the property and told him I was interested. By the 16th all the paperwork was over and the moving date was fixed. Diego was always sympathetic, available and fast at answering my questions. Definitely the best experience I had with an agent, thank you Diego!

Excellent service from CityWest

I've rated my recent purchase with CityWest at 5 stars. Folco who was my contact person for the sale, and he was excellent at follow up. Folco understands the value an agent brings into the sale. It is not in finding a buyer, but rather in bringing the sale to a successful close. I'm very appreciative of this attitude, as I work with many agents, some of which switch off communication as soon as the sale is agreed. Other members of the team were also very helpful and always very friendly, in particular Alana and Diego. I look forward to working with CityWest again in the future..

It's my pleasure and duty to spend few words for the amazing job and the availability of the agent that followed my "disperate case". I have been looking for a flat since long time but finally I found out "city west residential" and thanks to Diego I found my dimension. It's been not that easy because of my fussiness but with his patience and professionalism he helped me till the end keeping me updated on every single news. That's exactly what I mean when I think about professionalism, customers care and love for the job that you do. I recommend everyone that is looking for excellent service to experience their skills and accuracy. Thank you so much for everything.

Excellent buying experiance

As an investor I deal with a lot of agents and have had many different types of experiences. I have to say that Alana Noonan was one of the best. Before I found the flat I wanted to buy I was offered properties that actually suited my requirements (rather than the usual trick of sending me every listing under the sun). Alana was clear, concise and efficient from the start of the process to the end. Our seller was fairly slow in getting paperwork issued however I was always updated and knew they were working to get the deal done. I should also mention Alastair Murray who assisted me with the purchase. Between the two of them, messages were replied to quickly and the process was not nearly as painful as it could have been. Cant recommend them enough and wish them all the success which they deserve.

About moving Home

I put my flat on the Market in February 16 and the agent Folco came round to see me. On our first meeting I found Folco very Knowledgeable and Friendly and helpful. All through this process which I must say has had its up and downs Folco has been there with a very polite and Helpful manner and has always kept me up to date with what has been going on. On the day we exchanged he was the one that called me to say that all was well. The reason I have given the 5 stars is for Folco and if I can say you are very lucky to have him working for you

Selling my flat

I sold my flat in London through CityWestHomes Residential and I was very impressed from the very beginning when they came in to view the flat. They talked me through the entire process and I quickly gained confidence through their professionalism and I really believe, honesty. I was in constant communication with Alastair Murray, the Sales and Lettings Manager and I found him to be very knowledgable, patient and tireless over some of the many challenges I experienced buying via a chain. Thanks to Alastair and his team for all the support and reassurance.

Great service, would use again

Alastair was very polite when he came to meet me at the property that my family were selling. He also brought with him some very informative brochures with information on the local area values and recently sold properties. He gave us a realistic idea of what would be achievable for us and got to work straight away with arranging viewings. He would keep in regular contact and update me on the progress of our sale. He was also very easy to reach and would email reply within 24 hours. I would definitely use this service again if need be.

Cassie Langford

Myself and three friends have recently rented a property with the help of Cassie Langford. Having had a lot of trouble with our previous letting agency, dealing with Cassie has been a breath of fresh air! She's gone out of her way to help us, answering all of our questions, and even working throughout her week off to make sure the referencing goes smoothly. As well as always being friendly and approachable, she is clearly extremely knowledgable, and her passion for her job is evident. We would not hesitate to rent through CityWest Homes again in the future.

Sarah Chouli

Sarah is more of an asset to City West than I could possibly put into words. She is cheerful, helpful, resourceful, and efficient, but most of all, she truly understands that the communities on the kind of estates she's dealing with are made of diversely different people, of all ages and means. She has an incredible knack of understanding them all and providing an outstanding service - everyone I've spoken to about her says the same. She is a truly caring woman, who is always ready to listen, and try her best for each of us. She is simply brilliant at doing what must be a very difficult job.

Folco Donfrancesco

I recently purchased a 1 bed chain free property from City West (completed in August). What has made the process manageable is the quality and attention from the acting agent Folco. He has maintained a strong level of communication, and where possible has pushed through information to help facilitate the sale. Folco was attentive and has been there to support every step of the way. Please can you thank him for his contribution. Thank you

Expert market knowledge and honest advice

I dealt with Folco for a recent purchase. I found he had expert market knowledge and gave me very honest and practical advice throughout the transaction. He was an immense help in ensuring that the negotiations between the vendor and buyer were very fair whilst not letting things get out of hand causing the deal to fall through. He acted very conscientiously and would always return my calls even if it was outside office hours..

A blessing to find..

I had struggled to find the perfect place to rent for a while, but lettings agent James Collinson really helped me out. His experience at working in Central London made me feel at ease with him helping me search. I found myself a great deal which I plan to stay in for a few years yet. Thank you James, pleasure to leave a review for!

Difficult sale, good agent

For my recent flat sale I chanced upon a difficult buyer. New stumbling blocks kept appearing. The CityWest Residential agent, Jurgita Barinova, was very tenacious in her work to make the sale come through. She was very persistent and was always available to contact. Whenever necessary, Jurgita was very helpful in dealing with both solicitors to push things forward. Val M

A very attentive service in a difficult market

My sale of a flat took longer than I had hoped but the market was not easy at the time. And the property had drawbacks. However my agent did a good job with his contacts and a sale was achieved with his persistent encouragement. I would recommend Folco Donfrancesco of City West Residential and use them again on another sale.

Westbourne Terrace Road letting

"I really enjoyed negotiating on a lovely studio flat in Little Venice with Diego Bottigliero. He was very prompt in dealing with all my questions and requests and we got the process completed very quickly. I was very impressed with the online contract system that they offer. It's super convenient. Thanks Diego for all your help. I'm loving the flat!"

Great service! Very efficient. Will only use this agent any day of the week

Migle was absolutely fantastic by giving me lots of information about the area and the property in general. The whole process was very quick and smooth. Everything is done electronically which helps cause I work a long hours and don't have time to print and scan the paperwork. I will definitely recommend to all my friends! 5* customer service.

Good agent, very poor building management.

Our agent was Coralie Bance who was a great help. She met was able to make time for us on multiple occasions to view our property again, and was very good at answering our queries. The letting process as a whole with CityWest was reasonably straightforward. However, their subsequent building management in Pimlico has been very very poor.

Best agent I've ever met

Diego is a very professional agent: among the fact that he has been really helpul, he also provided a very good service, being available at any time and keeping us informed at all stages. We would reccommend Diego to anyone looking for a new property, and we express our most sincere thanks to him.

Great pro-active agency

I had a flat in Victoria that just wouldn't sell, and City West managed to get it under offer very quickly. Because of the link to Westminster Council They know the area better than anyone else and have contacts that the other agents just don't seem to have. Charlotte was helpful and very professional.

Zilvinas Bareikis' Review / City West Residential

Zilvinas is a totally recommended agent to help you with everything during a property search process. He helped us very much finding our home and resolved even the smallest details on our behalf. For all this I would really recommend his services. Regards, Amaya
