Folco Donfrancesco understood my situation and showed a genuine desire to reassure me that the sale would be done within my deadline and to the price I had hoped. As a single mom going through this process, I was constantly reassured and supported by Folco Donfrancesco by answering questions and keeping me updated in a very positive and respectful way.. Folco gave me a fantastic service and exceeded me expectation of an Estate Agent. My flat was sold to a very good price within my timeframe. About moving Home

I put my flat on the Market in February 16 and the agent Folco came round to see me. On our first meeting I found Folco very Knowledgeable and Friendly and helpful. All through this process which I must say has had its up and downs Folco has been there with a very polite and Helpful manner and has always kept me up to date with what has been going on. On the day we exchanged he was the one that called me to say that all was well. The reason I have given the 5 stars is for Folco and if I can say you are very lucky to have him working for you

Great service, would use again

Alastair was very polite when he came to meet me at the property that my family were selling. He also brought with him some very informative brochures with information on the local area values and recently sold properties. He gave us a realistic idea of what would be achievable for us and got to work straight away with arranging viewings. He would keep in regular contact and update me on the progress of our sale. He was also very easy to reach and would email reply within 24 hours. I would definitely use this service again if need be.

Difficult sale, good agent

Efficient on the ball and good communication throughout the sale.

Temptation to use the cheaper agents is always great, but we would not have got the service we had if we had chosen such... City West did all the viewings, gave good feedback from each viewing and after 3 successful viewings we were able to accept an offer. Each staff member at the office were courteous, very helpful, supportive and available when needed.. Overall a very good experience and certainly much imporved from when we purchased the flat via a different agent.who didnt seem to care, just wanted their big fee. Certainly would use City West again if ever the need should arise.
