I thought the renting of our studio flat this time was very straight forward. It was put on the market and let within a week, with only a two week gap. This allowed for walls to be painted and a new bed to be delivered. All the staff, even if it wasn't their department, answer my questions!

These people use all manipulation strategies possible, they lie about everything, once you give them any money they simply stop replying to anything and solving issues with a rented flat through them is the worst nightmare imaginable.
