GoogleWhen I listed my flat for sale I didn't realise we'd all be in lockdown 6 weeks later. Before it hit, Andrew and team got a good amount of viewings quickly and I valued his advice on the market conditions and realistic prices. Through the chaos of COVID they were able to find a second potential buyer in a matter of weeks and Ari and Andy were great in getting it to the point of exchange. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI bought my first property with the help of Aaron from Antony Pepe and was very happy with the experience. After enduring an unresponsive agent with a previous property that fell through dealing with Aaron was a breath of fresh air. He kept on top of everything and gave me regular updates, ultimately making sure that we the sale completed before the stamp duty deadline. The whole process was complete within 2.5 months. GoogleAnthonyPepe and on their name Nasia Ambrosiou has been a life saver to me. I’ve just sold my investment property with them, and thanks to Nasia I was able to go through the whole process when I was running out of patience and stamina. She was the one who did the job rather than the Solicitor, who wasn’t reachable at times, she was always ready to help at the other end of the line, emails or texts. I would highly recommend her to sell your property. You will be in very good hands.

GoogleSold my house using Mina. He did a great job in finding us a buyer and managing the whole process. There were some issues with the solicitors from the other people in the chain. He was great in chasing them up and keeping things moving. When there were any issues, he was pro active at finding solutions. Also great in dealing with people. When he was on holiday, Andy would take over and he did a great job in keeping things moving forward. I would highly recommend Mina and Andy when selling your property.

GoogleAnthony Pepe have been outstanding from start to finish of what has been (through no fault of their own) an extremely long and difficult house sale. Aaron managed to sell our house no less than four times during this process after several chains fell through. His determination and kindness throughout the process, as well as the support provided by the excellent, efficient office team and management has been incredible. One of the (many!) buyers he secured even said to us directly how Aaron was the best agent, in terms of showing them around our property and his knowledge of it, that they had ever come across. We cannot thank the team at Anthony Pepe enough for making our dream move a reality and we highly recommend them.

GoogleI had a great experience working with Aaron, unfortunately the property I initially wanted didn't go through but Aaron was supportive and informative throughout the process and was able to immediately arrange additional properties for me to view. He was flexible with my inflexible times and communicative and positive throughout the process! In the end, I wasn't able to move forward with a purchase through Anthony Pepe (and Aaron) but would recommend others to get in touch and request Aaron :)

We bought our house in Highbury through Anthony Pepe specifically dealing Tim who we found to be incredibly dedicated to the sale. While he wasn’t acting on our behalf, he went out of his way to ensure that the sale went through. He was always available to us when we had queries and played a very strong part in the negotiations and in helping the parties come to an agreed deal. To our surprise, even after the exchange of contracts, Tim helped the sellers achieve vacant possession I wouldn’t hesitate to say that he is definitely the best estate agent, we have encountered! GoogleWe were lucky to meet Anna when we went in to Pepe Anthony in person after seeing a flat on Rightmove. Anna showed us the flat we first spotted as soon as she got keys, this first flat wasn't quite right for us but Anna got a great idea of what we wanted. Anna then showed us to our perfect flat a week or so later. She got us in for first viewing and aided us through the negotiation and signing phase. Anna was calm, kind and very organised and reassuring. We really appreciated her style and expertise. Thanks Anna! We also had a great experience with Abigail who then helped further with checking us in to the flat. Top!

GoogleI would like it to be known that we have been completely satisfied with the service we received in selling our flat in Highbury Stadium Square. From the first day when I sought several valuations and Tim was professional, friendly, realistic and thorough (and comes from Lincolnshire!!), there was no contest from other agents. Having decided to sell with Anthony Pepe, Tim has always been available for totally honest advice and support. We quickly received a good offer and I was at first concerned at losing minute by minute contact with Tim when we were told that a sales progression manager would look after us, but Andrea has been absolutely brilliant. What can I say? She has shown amazing attention to detail and always responded to emails and calls immediately in a reassuring and professional way. She has made it all so straightforward and I really feel that she became a friend (and you don't often hear that about estate agents!). Well done and thank you to everyone at Anthony Pepe. Paolo consistently kept in touch with us , was so friendly and helpful he made the difficult process of moving home as straight forward and stress free as was possible . His cheery persona and his tenacity without making us feel pressured was the perfect pitch and his efficiency was second to none. GoogleWorking with Paolo on the purchase of my flat was an absolute pleasure. Buying your first property, when you have no idea what you're doing, can feel quite stressful and confusing, but Paolo went out of his way pretty much every single day to help me make sense of the process. He explained everything clearly at every step, helped me communicate with my very unhelpful solicitors, and kept the flow of information between me and the seller at a healthy level. I'll admit that I haven't always had the highest opinion of estate agents, but Paolo has made me feel very guilty about that - I'll definitely be going to him and Anthony Pepe when it comes to selling this flat (hopefully not any time soon!)

GoogleRecommended unreservedly! I have used Anthony Pepe variously - to rent and sell my property, and also to buy another. They are reliable, expert communicators, punctual and very pleasant to deal with. I've always found them reasonable and willing to go the extra mile in difficult situations. All their staff are wonderful but in particular Nasia Ambriosiou showed a great sensitivity to the stresses of selling property and stepped in repeatedly when the solicitors failed to communicate.

GoogleAndy was great from start to finish, super responsive on email and phone and let me visit the property a number of times through the purchase. Anything that was unclear, Andy kindly explained to me and kept me in the loop of anything with the seller. The rest of the team where also great.

GoogleVery unprofessional agency in 301 Green Lanes... The property consultant Jesal was quite pleasant but made the mistakes which was quite disappointing . After we had to speak to another member of staff Sophie Roe who was quite rude and not loyal. She pretty much told me to stop talking to her on a phone. They gave us a lot of stress and trouble with the flat we wanted to rent by cancelling it 4 days before moving for a very stupid reason from the landlord. Didn't give full information about a whole process after argued on a phone for 40 minutes with my partner. Asking the way to much private information and documents without no need. Took the money for holding deposit and still not guaranteed that you will get a flat. Absolutely unexpected and shocking. Will never come back and recommend to another people!

GoogleWe would absolutely recommend Anthony Pepe if you're thinking of selling your property. We've had a great experience selling our house. Ben, Nasia, Maria and the rest of the team were excellent and professional throughout. We've exchanged and completion is now imminent! Ben came to see us in March - everything was straightforward, clear and we appointed AP shortly afterwards having considered one other agent. The photographer was professional, helpful and the brochure AP produced was good. AP already had a number of suitable applicants on their books and fired up interest quickly with many viewings during our first week to market in early April (including a few beforehand). A couple of offers were made and we accepted an asking price offer which came to the table in just over a week. Particular thanks to Nasia around the offer stage and Maria in the time since who were brilliant with answering our questions, ironing out minor hiccups, getting all parties moving in the right direction, and generally staying ahead of the game and keeping us updated. We've ended up with lovely local buyers who are really on the level, no messing around. Thanks so much guys & gals at AP it's been a pleasure!

We had previously tried to sell through a different agent and not got very far at all - so were impressed with AP's approach and the result we got through them.
