We were very impressed with our experience with Andy Loizou at Anthony Pepe. We had previously tried to sell the flat with a different estate agents and hadn't had a very positive experience so we were nervous to embark on the process again but it was completely different experience with Andy. From the start Andy was really clear on his recommendations to ensure we successfully sold the property in the shortest amount of time possible, for a realistic price. Andy was extremely knowledgeable about the market and gave us good advice on pricing, while always supporting our decisions as the home owners. The photos taken / marketing was very high quality and all of this resulted in a high level of viewings and numerous offers on the table within a couple of weeks. We were thrilled! Throughout the sale process (which had it's inevitable challenges!) Andy was always extremely approachable, responsive and helpful in resolving any challenges we faced.
