We would not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe. They are simply a fantastic estate agents in North London. Anthony Pepe went above and beyond to help us with our first house purchase. We had a couple of viewings in the area with Anthony Pepe and in each case, Andy was super accommodating and communicative with us. Listening to the very optimistic criteria for our first home. Having scoured the area looking for somewhere within budget (and failing), we arrived very late to a view this property on a rainy Friday night. Andy waited for us and displayed such enthusiasm that we took a shine to a property we would not have previously considered. Andy offered potential renovation ideas and inspired us to think about how we could make the space our own. We immediately asked for a viewing the next day and the team managed to squeeze us in. Again super patient when our parents were stuck in traffic and late. Josh again gave us comfort in the potential and showed enthusiasm to help us secure the property. After deciding to go with putting an offer in on the property, Andy was realistic and knowledgeable of the process. After a few negotiations, we managed to secure it. In order to benefit from the interest rate rise we had to move quickly, instructing solicitors the same day. Andy suggested a great firm to us and we locked in the mortgage rate that day. Thereafter, Samantha was regularly checking in with us (and the seller) to help move this along. When we expressed a keen push to get this to close before Christmas, Samantha stepped in and made it happen. We will not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe to friends - and already have to friends in the area! Thank you so very much to the team for helping make our dreams to get on the property ladder come true!

After the sale was initially agreed, there were a number of tricky hurdles to get through (as it wasn't a straightforward transaction) - The sales team were very proactive in troubleshooting and finding solutions (including liaising directly with various third parties) in order to get the deal over the line.
