We recently sold our flat in Highbury with James at Anthony Pepe. Of all the agents we met, they were the most knowledgable about the area and it was an easy decision to instruct them. Throughout the sales process, James was a pleasure to deal with - he kept us updated and gave excellent advise, with nothing ever being too much trouble. The rest of the team at Anthony Pepe were also extremely friendly and helpful - we would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective vendors.

James and Sophie have been fantastic throughout the whole process of us selling our flat. After getting valuations from a number of agents it was Anthony Pepe that impressed us the most and we’re so glad now that we went with them rather than one of the online agencies. They got us a quick sale at the price that we were really happy with and have negotiated the whole deal brilliantly. I have enjoyed a fantastic service from Anthony Pepe. I have now utilised their rental services for coming up to 3 years and over that period my home has been constantly let. Rent has been paid on time direct into my account and I am sent periodic reports regarding the condition of my property. Staff are always courteous and provide an extremely personal service, examples are when the property is need of repair they contact me by phone and let me have a range of options, costs are always competitive (and not loaded) and I am always consulted through the entire process so no surprises. In summary, they are a professional outfit who are extremely community focused and provide a good personal service and make me feel like a valid customer.

Excellent service delivered in a friendly professional manner.

We were arranging a letting from 100 miles away, which had the potential to be fraught with difficulties. However, right from the first telephone conversation with Sophie, we were supported through the process. She accompanied us on two of the viewings and took time to answer our many questions. She was extremely accommodating and made us feel that she understood how important it was to us that we found the right flat. Her friendly manner made us feel comfortable. At the end of the day, when we made an offer, she phoned us to let us know that there was no immediate response from the landlord, rather than leaving us to speculate about what had happened on the long journey home, demonstrating her sensitivity to our circumstances and her professionalism. We really appreciated it. With the support of the staff at Anthony Pepe we were delighted to have a quick, successful outcome.
