GoogleStaff at Anthony Pepe were always helpful and amiable. Responses were generally answered promptly and they were able to arrange delivery of a mattress at short notice and at a good price. However, at times administration could have been more coordinated between departments, such as passing on specific notes about the property during viewings and contractual agreements reflected accurately in invoices. Notably both issues were corrected promptly.

GoogleWe were really pleased with how smoothly our sale went through, thanks to Anthony Pepe. We had a photographer round on the Monday, our listing was up late Tuesday and we then had 17 viewings lined up for the Saturday! We went away for the weekend and by the following Tuesday we had 4 offers. The logistics alone would have been too much for us to take on ourselves and we felt we were in very safe, experienced, professional hands with Andy and Paulo. The advice on pricing was spot on and we took their advice on recommended solicitors, who also did a great job. We have already recommended Anthony Pepe to friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

We felt quite neglected when we first started renting a property through Anthony Pepe, but in the last year, particulary my experience with Stephanie Stavrou, it has been a great. Stephanie is very helpful, organised, quick to get back and always switched on with what's going on in the property.
