Highbury Flat Sale

We recently sold our flat in Highbury with James at Anthony Pepe. Of all the agents we met, they were the most knowledgable about the area and it was an easy decision to instruct them. Throughout the sales process, James was a pleasure to deal with - he kept us updated and gave excellent advise, with nothing ever being too much trouble. The rest of the team at Anthony Pepe were also extremely friendly and helpful - we would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective vendors.

Excellent!

James and Sophie have been fantastic throughout the whole process of us selling our flat. After getting valuations from a number of agents it was Anthony Pepe that impressed us the most and weâ€™re so glad now that we went with them rather than one of the online agencies. They got us a quick sale at the price that we were really happy with and have negotiated the whole deal brilliantly. Weâ€™ve never had to wait for a response to email or call and have had complete faith in them throughout the whole process. Would absolutely recommend Anthony Pepe, and in particular James in the Highbury branch, for any house sale or purchase.

Super attentive agent sold my property before the ink had dried on the marketing literature

After receiving my instruction, the agent completed floor plans and photography, uploaded the marketing info, held and open day and agreed a sale within five days. Yes, really; all that in just five days. The sale completed without hiccups quickly after. The negotiators at Anthony Pepe kept me informed at all stage and managed the sale impeccably. I recommend them very gladly.
