GoogleDealing with Anthony Pepe was stress free. I found a flat to rent online, contacted them and within 2 days I had seen the flat and put my deposit down with no hassle. All of the paperwork was dealt with very quickly and agent Anna was very helpful throughout. Would use Anthony Pepe again in future.

Very friendly and professional service. The agent we were dealing with (Sophie) was friendly and helpful. The communication was great and she was always quick to reply if we had any queries. Very happy with the service offered, very professional and friendly. Before renting the flat, I spoke with a number of agencies but Martin's knowledge of the property and surrounding area was far superior to anything else on offer. This ensured suitable tenants were found very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Martin's services again.

GoogleA great agency and especially a great agent Josh Deacon-Holmes, who has supported us on our first purchase during a chaotic period. I've found him to be very good with the viewings we had and in representing us. He answered any of the queries we had and anything else that we needed help with he made sure to be available and assist. GoogleMy sister and I booked two viewings with Anthony Pepe for properties 5 minutes apart. We took the bus from the first to the second property, but the agent wasn't there. We waited 15 minutes before knocking on the door, hoping he was already inside. He wasn't, but the tenant insisted on inviting us in and showed us around. It was a totally different property from the one listed on the website/on Rightmove. Afterwards, when we were waiting outside for a taxi, the agent showed up - fully 25 minutes after our appointment time. He offered no explanation for his extreme lateness, and was rude and abrupt in his manner when we pointed out it wasn't the same property. Overall we were really unhappy with the service we received. Not only was the agent himself deeply unprofessional, but his behaviour could easily have put the current tenants (all women and children) at risk of letting strangers into their house. I had planned to continue our house search via Anthony Pepe but this experience means I won't be - and will be strongly advising other women who value their safety to avoid them too. EDIT: the manager called me very apologetic and said he would email me (since I was at work) to "really dig deep and get to the bottom of what happened here". 3 days later and still no email.NegativeProfessionalism
