On most occasions, I spoke with Leslie on the phone. She was helpful and most importantly, communicative. She offered assistance if we needed it, at every stage and made our purchase of Siop Farm, Four Mile Bridge, go swiftly and smoothly. As first time buyers, we had been led to believe by others that buying a house was a huge, up hill struggle but in fact we found the exact opposite. Hopefully my husband and I will never have to buy another house in our life time but if we did, then we would choose to Williams and Goodwin to help us do it.

Although I lived 80 miles away from the property I was buying through Williams & Goodwin and I never met any of the employees the information that I received over the telephone was incalculable, the staff were always courteous and any requests were dealt with promptly a well deserved pat on the back to all concerned and if ever I will have any property to sell in the future I would not hesitate to use the services of Williams & Goodwin.. Well done.

I am absolutely infuriated by the horrendous property letting services provided by William and Goodwin. Not only did they display a shocking lack of professionalism, but I was appalled to witness blatant racism and discrimination against Muslims. It's utterly disgraceful that such behavior is tolerated in this day and age. This company's actions are beyond reprehensible, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of their services.My blood boils just thinking about my personal visit to the William and Goodwin office. The staff's dismissive attitude was beyond belief, they seemed determined to get rid of me as quickly as possible, treating me like an inconvenience rather than a potential customer. Zero stars for their despicable behavior and abysmal service.

GoogleFantastic and professional service from start to finish. I was kept up to date by Mathew and Rhys throughout the whole process. I especially loved the photos of my property and had a few comments about how good they were. Whole process took 8 weeks. I would recommend the Holyhead branch for anyone wanting to sell their property

Really not worth the extortionate fee they charge for selling houses. It cost be over £7k for basically a poor advertisement, poor photos taken on an IPhone , escorted visits for potential buyers by staff that had never seen the house and feedback that was at best poor. I would never use again , simply a rip off .

GoogleAn honest estate agent! Once my offer was accepted they ceased other viewings, whereas other agents on the island keep allowing more viewings to try and get a higher price even once an offer is accepted. I was gazumped twice with other properties due to this, prior to finding this house with W&G.

GoogleThe Holyhead office made the whole experience from start to finish, very smooth and easy. The photographs showed our home at its best and showed the space and potential, so much so the house sold in 30 minutes for full asking price before it hit the public market!
