Dealt with Craig after an initial hickup when it came to purchasing our first home via MG. The property was a full refub job ( was also our first house purchase ) and therefore, required a lot of back and fourth with the owners in order to come to an agreement on the purchase price. Craig and his team did a great job of working with both sides to ensure everyone ended up a fair price. We didnt buy the most expensive house by any stretch but we got the time and consideration you would expect from your agent and then some. I have had a very good experience with Martyn Gerrard so far. I used them to find a tenant for a flat in November 2020 and I worked with Anthony Spittle. He was honest, efficient and helpful and found me a super tenant and explained the process well. Compared to some agents fees I found Martyn Gerrard's fair and good value. I would recommend using this agency to let a property.
